Definitely one of the classiest venues on the show circuit. The town hall of Skipton, North Yorkshire, made for pleasant, if somewhat tight surroundings.
The town centre location does add challenges for set-up and parking, but is a good way to promote shows for passers-by.
Just a small display for the SIG but we filled the space nicely with a range of large (from Huw) and small (from myself) aircraft types, while Emma's Gundam and bucolic scenes garnered plenty of interest as usual.
Positive sounds about a repeat show for 2026, so we'll book that when it becomes available.
