HMS Ursular

Post by MalcolmR »

HMS Ursula N59

Another kit I've sent for out of curiosity turns out to be my latest build. I've seen these British submarines advertised on the internet and was tempted to send for one so picked the U Class HMS Undine as the cheapest option. (Not that cheap though) What turned up is an absolutely gorgeous 3D printed model. (At last, a model of British submarine.) Not a lot of parts but what submarine kit has? It turns out the hardest part was cutting out the parts from the protection cages without breaking the really delicate 3D printed parts inside but boy are they lovely. A plastic kit would have a hard job competing with the detail parts in this model kit.

Painted it as HMS Ursular. Really nice kit and the fun continues.
