Aeroclub Lockheed Neptune is coming along slowly but steadily, not a model for the faint hearted, requires much cutting away, fettling and a bit of correcting. I decided on the later version with MAD tail because the vacform clear tail turret of the early version was a poor fit, and also decided to leave off the dorsal turret. Getting quite a bit of lead in the nose was challenging, had to cut out the cockpit and windows and build a cockpit interior too.
Found some more suitable main wheels in my spares to replace the poor white metal kit ones.
