The most beautiful location on the SIG roadshow?

A delightful rural English village just North of York is the home of the White Rose Model Club, Figure World Exhibition.

Now unsurprisingly we weren't part of the Figure World display - this was primarily in the competition, which had some stunning art works - but they invite some model clubs to display too and I managed to negotiate us as the only SIG there.



Emma and I cleared out the cabinets to display a selection of models, new and old, from the collection.





I also tested out my new photo coasters to group themes together on the table.



As usual, lots of interest in the display and a lovely day out.

Can confirm everything Tim says - Shirl and I popped in en-route Pickering when we realised we would be 'passing the door'

Really good to see the SIG so ably represented at such a friendly show (catering was outstanding too!)In another lifetime I used to do figures and the standard on show was exceptional.

Definitely one for the calendar next year !-
