Ready to defend.

How to make a scene with a barrage balloon as it would look very whobblie on a thin wire 4 or 5 foot in the air so decided to make a scene with the mechanics working on the hoist wheel below the ballon ready for the expected raids tonight. (Even at this hieght it needs all the wires to hold it up not down!)
