Mitsubishi Ki 21 Sally

This is the Aoshima kit, two to a box. A bit basic on the inside so I added a cockpit floor, seats, seat belts, radio station, rear gunners position. Sealed off the bomb bay from the cockpit. Nearly forgot instrument panel and joy stick. Otherwise its straight from the box!
It's not a bad kit and I was happy with the outcome.

Lovely work, particularly on the scheme. Is that made with stencils or decals?
I wussed out on mine and made it in the block colour Manchuko AF scheme

Hi Tim,
I cheated and used 1:72 scale decals that I cut up into a billion or so it seemed small pieces and applied them with a tweezer.

I'd hardly call that cheating
Great idea, going to save that for a future build.
