A Curtiss attempt to turn a SB2C into a Skyraider/Mauler competitor. The model also owes a lot to a Helldiver, in this case a F-Toys A-25.

Not often you see a Gashapon so well converted - lovely work David - wasn't there a similar 'Helldiverish' offering from Brewster too?

Brewster's nearest equivalent was the XA-32 for the USAAF: a dud.
