After two big aircraft, I felt like going to a miniature. This was an experimental fighter prototype from about 1940. Not sure whether to call it a scratchbuild or a kitbash: the front fuselage came from a Zvezda I-16.

I think Soviet planes from that era were 1/2 scale replicas already!
