The Normandie-Niemen Battalion in French Indochina (Platz/Dorawings)

Since my usual November holiday plans were scuppered, I had to take a staycation instead so we spent 5 days modelling and my main completed result was this scene.
Saigon, 1951
The French pilots of the Normandie-Niemen battalion fighting hard in Indochina finally receive replacements for their worn out Kingcobras in the shape of fresh F6F5 Hellcats.
Dorawings P63 and Eduard (né Platz) Hellcat with Arrowhead whitemetal Jeep and accessories. The base is scratchbuilt.
