RAF Phantom FGR2

This is a fairly serious conversion from an old LS F4E Phantom to an RAF Spey powered aircraft. Obvious changes are of course the nose but I also thickened the fuselage slightly too.

I don't care what anybody says, the Phantom just looks right in RAF markings - all the more baffling that we still don't have a modern quality kit and have to build it the hard way - Respect, as they say !

Thanks and I know what you mean. I know it’s not 144th but the new Airfix 72nd Phantom is excellent.
