Well it's the morning after another tremendous Telford - obviously pics will appear on the Forum in due course but just wanted to thank everyone for the hard work and commitment that produced another uniquely interesting display much admired by all visitors.
On which subject, incredibly, MS Modeller has already got the full report on YouTube. We are featured at around the 1:50 mark,(ish - I quickly scrolled through at 0600 this morning !) we have several minutes of commentary and pictures. A great friend of the SIG she always has good things to say about our displays - well worth a check out - must have sat up all night editing! If you didn't get to the show more than two hours of amazing models.

Primarily though thanks to all for the huge effort, Huw, David, Steve, Tim & Emma* Callum and Ian for the priceless work at set-up and break down, and several members committed elsewhere but who contributed models for the stand and the central Lockheed theme. Special mention for Andy who travelled from the US to be with us, and of course Marek from Shelf Oddity in Poland who was a welcome guest for much of the show. Extra special mention to Joe for making the not-inconsiderable journey from Ireland to provide us with not only his incredible fully rigged bi-planes but the Water of Life with which we were able to raise a toast after the Remembrance ceremony (as ever a powerful and moving demonstration of respect for the sacrifice of others - given the size of the complex and the thousands of people present you could hear a pin drop)
We received some very complimentary comments too, amongst many was the chap from the RAF who had actually designed the special Typhoon schemes featured by Callum -"spot-on, caught all the detail just right", and lots of admiration for Emma and Tim's vignettes.
All I have to do now is sort all those new models I accidentally brought....
Again many thanks everybody - I've attached some pictures of our stand and some of the increasing number of 1/144 subjects around the show. (please feel free to post more)
