At the very last minute it has been decided that the Shuttleworth Model Show will be held on the 18th Feb and we do have table space.
I like to make this a 'between the wars' and 'early aviation' display but anything goes.

Re: Shuttleworth Model Show 18th February 2024
This is the latest I have on this show.
Joining instructions as things stand, and approved by Shuttleworth are as follows
Trader access to hangar ONLY between 08.00-08.30
Exhibitor access from 08.30-09.30 (after 09.30 at risk of Shuttleworth charging).
Arrival is through the Hill Lane gate (old main entrance), where you'll be directed to pull up and unload/drop off items for your display, then move your vehicle as directed to the exhibitor parking area as directed (currently planned to be on gravel area in front of hangars).
Shuttleworth staff and local Air Cadets will be checking people in and directing to stands, and assisting with traffic control, please follow their directions. We are attempting to reduce any bottle necks and prevent any injuries and problems.
At the end of the day, please pack up everything and have ready to load before collecting your vehicle. A controlled pick up zone will be planned to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible for all.
The Runway Restaurant is hopefully going to be open earlier to allow traders and exhibitors to get breakfast before the event starts, and it is planned that hot drinks will be available in side the hangar. These details will be confirmed in the coming week when staff return from holiday.
Under the table sales of model items will be allowed, with a single reasonable sized box per 6ft frontage. There will be a 'sales tax' of £1 per box from each exhibiting group, and this will be donated to Shuttleworth at the end of the day.
Any direct access and parking questions will need directing at Shuttleworth in advance, though if your group has members with Blue Badges and need certain requirements, plus ping me directly.
