Yesterday the SIG went to Bolton for the first show of the year. Huw, David, Tim, Emma and yours Truly had a great day. The venue is vast and somewhat intimidating in terms of 'How the heck do we get all our stuff in here' (remote car parks - long walks - stairs - more long walks .......repeat five or six times)

It was however heaving - I don't have numbers but with such a large catchment area there were queues around the block at opening time. we had lots of visitors and may well be on video again.

A few snaps attached - doubtless more will follow

As ever Team T&E provided some stunning models. Also visible Huw's new Willhelm Baur sub which was the returned-to service Type XXI seen next to it scuttled at the end of the war.

Great display, very busy 30 minute que to get in, needed two pay desks, would of been horrible in the rain and cold.

Sig144 put on a great display as usual despite being outcast to mezzanine.
