https://r-t-c.co.uk/kits/sharing_images/InShot_20210403_173703615.jpg I was browsing the Kremlin archives, late one snowy Russian winter night, when I came across this previously unseen photograph of a G-10. Attached was this short extract from a propaganda bulletin. "Here we meet the brave co...

British forces looking to protect oil supplies from Arabia, moved into the Ottoman province of modern-day Iraq, seizing Basra and moving up...

MiGs in Ethiopia - Eduard MiG-21/Academy MiG-23
This was for the Britmodeller Africa GB. It all started when, in a pique of enthusiastic eBaying I ended up with one of the vintage Academy MiG-23s with cockpit insert. I knew it was going to be bad, but did not realise just how bad until I unboxed the kit. https://r-t-c.co.uk/kits/sharing_images/IM...

Re: Mitsubishi Ki 21 Sally
Lovely work and great idea to source the decals from the other kit, looks like a really good finish on the model.
I built one recently but didn't try an interior, might copy your idea next time.

Re: Hellenic Air Force 1937 (Eduard & Minairons)
Beautifully Done. I have some of the Minairons in the stash and they are a little basic but you have done a lovely job on yours. Cheers Joe M Thanks. Since it was my first build of one of the Spanish models I didn't really do any adaptations except to adjust the struts and add rigging. The thicknes...

Hello,
Welcome to the forum
Good work even getting this together, those old Crown kits can feel like more trouble than they are worth sometimes.

Re: Crusty
Those NATO codenames sure are odd choices, a friend suggested they were often deliberately weird to mock the Soviet efforts.
Flogger and Frogfoot spring to mind!
The Mirages look great, which kit are they from?
